“To be honest with you, I actually had a very positive experience here! It was my very first time in Pacific, Missouri (having dropped a guy off from the airport while out ubering). But, for my first experience in the area, at this particular MotoMart, the experience was quite positive! I arrived at this MotoMart sometime after 7 pm. There was a gentleman and a lady working the cash register / desk area. Both of them were quite friendly! Also, the store itself was very clean. You'll see from some of the pictures I uploaded how neat and organized they were, and even the men's restroom was clean! In my book, they get extra kudos for having such a clean men's restroom. As we all know, sometimes the men's restroom is neglected at gas stations. And that is simply not the case, here. Overall, this is a very good MotoMart. And while I do feel like a 5-star rating is a bit of a stretch--considering the fact that it's a gas station--because of all of the aforementioned things that happened while I was there, I don't mind giving them five stars. Good job, everyone!”

“Let me be the outlier here when it comes to all these negative reviews - the pharmacy staff was warm and friendly on the phone and in person, and I had no problems with my prescription being filled in any way. The store was clean and orderly and it was a pleasure to be there. Of course, I went in with absolute dread after seeing all these reviews. Maybe things are getting better?”

“My boyfriend has some sort of reaction every single time he gets a vaccine where his body rejects it (vezo Vega), and he psyches himself out and he faints and goes pale or almost gets sick. It’s not even a fear thing for him, it’s his body reacting immediately after a foreign substance enters it by injection. It’s been that way ever since he was a child, including even when he got his Covid vaccine last year it happened. We explained this to the pharmacist, Amy. She said she’s never had anyone faint on her in 14 years. We were joking and telling her we’re sorry we may ruin your winning streak!! TRUST - she didn’t let it happen!!! She was so kind and went above and beyond to walk my boyfriend through everything and gave him tips on how to make his body feel it less, and even sat with him afterwards, occupying his mind. For the first time in his LIFE - he didn’t faint!! She went the extra mile to make him comfortable and make the whole experience, some thing actually *pleasant* rather than totally dreadful. For both of us! I wish we could find her for every single vaccine for him he’ll need for the rest of his life because that was truly miraculous and we can’t thank her enough! This woman deserves HUGE props for achieving what he thought was the impossible!!!! Thank you so so much Amy! You’re amazing!!!”

The cashier said I did not have any rewards but she would give me a small discount on my purchases. I thought that was just really a nice gesture! “I have never been to this location before today. I swung by on my way home to grab some roasting pans and some birthday napkins. They had a variety of options to choose from with each item I was looking for. The shelves were well stocked and I even came home with some things I didn't know I needed. The nice gentleman who was working had a great sense of humor and was very polite. I would definitely recommend this location.”
