“My daughter had two fillings to be done today. I was expecting an hour, we were in and out in 30 minutes and she came out talking about her experience. She said two thumbs up. She was worried because of what kids at school told her, but she said she didn’t feel anything she wasn’t even sure she could feel her toes? Overall fantastic experience with Spencer & Spencer and that includes all the staff. Everyone is super friendly and the place is very very clean! They strive to make all experiences for your child the very, very best. At this place your child isn’t treated like a number or a job, they are very personable. I would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Friendly and knowledgable staff. Always informed me about my situation and what I need to do to resolve my problems. I had an appointment today that apparently got bumped because of an emergency. They did not communicate anything with me and I sat in their waiting area 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I am not a big fan of being held hostage. That time could have been better spent somewhere else. I left the appointment so who knows how much longer I would have had to wait. Simple communication could have resolved all the issues and we could have rescheduled to a later time or date. Instead I left feeling that the doctor had zero respect for her customers and their time. If you have extra time in your schedule see her. She is good at what she does. Had a lot of interaction with Gilligan Periodontics since my last visit. The doctor contacted me directly and proved that my initial rating was a fluke incident. I wanted to wait for my next appointment before I wrote an update. I was seen on time and was very pleased with the visit. The office as a whole cares about their patients. Great office, great people and great atmosphere.”

“Dr. Sam Kallsnick has been my dentist for many years. He and his partner, Holli, are both very knowledgeable, professional, and personable, as are the rest of their staff. Sam is very careful and conscientious when treating me - I always feel he has my comfort, satisfaction, and best interests at heart. He has done many fillings, as well as a top front bridge, on my teeth. Just today his office manager, Barbara, was able to squeeze me in at the end of a busy day when I called after lunch complaining of very sore bottom front teeth. I assumed it was due to my night guard being way past due for replacement. After taking x-rays and trying to adjust my bite, Sam strongly suspected something more serious might be the cause of my pain - more specifically, a dying root and the potential start of an infection. He referred me to one of his "go-to" endodontists. Barbara was able to call and get me an appointment for tomorrow morning so that, hopefully, I can get the pain and infection in check this week, while I'm on spring break. I highly recommend Drs. Kallsnick and Careswell for your - and your kids' - dental needs.”

Dr. Tabakh gave me her full attention and answered all questions about the next phase of my treatment. I also had my teeth cleaned and found the individual took great care in cleaning and polishing.
