“Dr Pinto's office offers physicals, immunizations, as well as sick visits. Dr Pinto was an ER doctor at one of the areas top hospitals before opening her own office, so she has lots of experience. They always give a thorough exam and have time to answer any questions. Not like some places who spend the minimum time with you so they can meet their quota of patients. She has seen every one in my family. I don't know about you, but my kids get sick on the weekends and at school. Their pediatrician rarely had openings when they were sick, so we started going straight to Dr Pinto's office. Her office is open until 6 weekdays. They're even open on Saturday and Sunday. The faster you get the medication you need, the faster you start feeling better. The pharmacy shares the waiting room and she will hand the prescription(s) to the pharmacist if you like so they can get it ready for you. The pharmacy usually has it ready (or almost ready) when we walk out of the office, so no need for a second stop or waiting to feel better.”

“I was promptly checked in, treated with courtesy, promptly taken to triage, and had tests done as necessary. Jan, the nurse that helped me was so kind and took really wonderful care of me. Olga (I think was her name) took me for my Cat scan and was very sweet and thoughtful as well. The doctor thoroughly explained everything and took his time with me. He was not a particularly warm individual, but I'm not looking to make a best friend, I just want proper treatment. I did experience a dirty bathroom in the entry area. There was urine all over the toilet seat, but all in all, I had the best ER experience I've ever had. I must note that it was not busy at all when I arrived. I was the only patient, so I can't attest to the running of the ER when it's hectic and busy. I drove from Rolla to go to St Luke's, and I will choose this hospital again in the future if I have an emergency. I especially appreciate Jan and her thoughtfulness and compassionate care. One of the best nurses I've ever had.”
