Extremely professional and kept the process going smoothly. I needed to move with 1 day notice and they were able to accommodate my request. I did have a poor experience with the agent who booked us over the phone because she was completely off on the price for the move and how many hours it would take. It ended up being way more than what I was quoted. Though I was not happy about this and shocked, the manager Luis was very responsive throughout the process and professional and did everything he could to help. All in all, the attitude of the movers made the experience still enjoyable. They definitely put their clients first and really just want you to leave happy with their service. Rent is more affordable and consistent than many places. Have had issues with Jeremy in maintenance but issues continue to be resolved in good time with the help of Steve. Living first floor is significantly less noisy than the second floor(if you have considerate upstairs neighbors) due to a busy road right beside the complex. Convenient playground and park next to the complex as well.”
