Dad was comfortable, welled cared for, and well fed. About his rehab he said "she worked me hard and was such a sweet girl". The hard work paid off, and Dad is on a great road to recovering at home now. NHC cared for my Mom some years ago. Dad was so thankful to be where things were familiar to him. Being in the hospital with no visitors for 3 weeks due to Covid, I believe the comfort of his surroundings and your wonderful staff is the reason he is home and doing so well today. “My Mother is buried here. She passed a year ago tomorrow, and we all went to visit her gravesite today. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the grounds are very well maintained. I only have three issues that kept me from giving five stars. First, the promised phone call when Mom's marker was placed never came. We only found out it had been placed when we visited on Mother's Day. Second, it's the condition of some of the roads. There are some major potholes there. Third, the condition of the wooden cross at the cemetery's highest point is worrying. It is leaning severely to the north and looks like a strong wind could take it down. Half of the nuts and bolts that connect it to the concrete base via a steel bracket are missing, with some of them just laying next to it.”

“I went in for a minor issue. I arrived at 8:30am. I waited in line, filled out paperwork, was called back and saw the doctor, got a prescription and was out the door by 9:30am. never have I been in and out a doctor's office so fast. I didn't feel rushed, the employees were nice and helpful and the doctor made me feel comfortable and safe. I got in my car and was totally satisfied. I've been to other doctors, other hospitals that- even if I had an appointment- I would be waiting for hours, I wouldn't be checked in, or wouldn't see anyone at all (*cough Betty Jean Healthcare). I'll be back for sure.”
