“I cannot recommend the St. Louis Allergy Relief Center enough. I was a long time seasonal allergy sufferer. I had tried allergy shots and most over the counter allergy medicines. Even with those treatments, I had bad allergies in both the spring and fall. I even developed nasal polyps from my allergies. I was referred to the St. Louis Allergy Relief Center and I can't be any more pleased with the results of my treatments. “My daughter was there for residential due to her autism. The teachers and therapists were wonderful. Although, there seemed to be no d of high turn over for therapists. I was less impressed with cottage staff. Anything that I sent with my daughter that was new disappeared. She wore the second hand stuff that the school had donated and all the new stuff I'd send back with her waa gone. She had blankets and stuffed animals disappear as well. I would recommend the school, but make sure you don't send anything you want your child to be able to keep.”

“My dad has been at Cross Creek since the end of July 2021. He has had multiple falls since 2018 and the last one (May 2021) was a broken hip that required surgery. After nursing rehab there was no way for him to go back home (cognitively or physically) so I toured Cross Creek. When I went for my tour, I ran into several people that I had not seen in a very long time that had family members there. I did not look any further and am very happy with my decision to not look any further! The facility is clean, well maintained and the staff have been consistent. Laura (Executive Director), and Amber (Director of Nursing) can routinely be seen on the floor jumping in to do whatever needs to be done. The staff are attentive and have always been willing to help. They always recognize residents as well as most family members. When my dad was at home with home health, I was always worrying. Now, I know he's safe, well fed and taken care of! Priceless feeling. I'm very pleased with my decision!!”
