I went in for routine and discussed allergies to Dr. Patterson. He knew from my description exactly what I needed. I spent all weekend outside without a runny nose, sneezing fit or congestion. I thought to myself why didn't I talk to him about this sooner. I was switching to find the best over counter medicine Allegra, Claritin, Zyrtec, Advil cold and sinus, and Benadryl. I did this forever and got no relief. I also have tried a specialist before speaking to Dr. Patterson. I was pricked up and down my arms. Now I know that was such a waste of time. I even went to an Urgent care facility for it before. That was another waste of time & money! Finally, I am allergy free and can breathe. Thank you, Dr. Patterson! The staff is so efficient. They are very equipped with the most up to date information. My bill was due when I came in. The front desk politely asked me if I wanted to pay it. I was so surprised that she was so passive and nice. It made realize these ladies must have trouble with people not paying and getting angry at them. I told her of course I want to settle up that bill immediately. She asked very nicely the whole balance. I told her Yes of course I don't want an outstanding medical bill out there. Dr. Patterson's staff is genuine & cares about their patients.”
