“I've worked at Bristol for a few months now. residence have told me Heather is one of the best admins they have ever had here a bit strict they aren't crazy about the strict part because who really wants to follow the rules?No one not even me lol But it's not our butts it's hers.The ones that follow the rules here have not a problem what so ever.Now the ones that don't of course have issue s but they are also the ones that tell me she's the best they have had . She very much cares about the people here .Always offers to talk with anyone needing to vent.But will also call you out if your being a negative Nancy.Its not easy for a resident to stay here without there families and Heather wants the families to all these residents to come see there love ones. And residents do get there meds on time .For one I pass on weekends and if you are in this building you get them on time.If your gone and come in we will get you asap .We can't just stop serving breakfast or lunch .Food is cooking can't just leave it.But when finished cooking you are first priority...I personally love all these Residents with my whole heart .I am one that believes treat others like YOU want to be treated.Works for me.”

Like many practices I frequently receive offers in the mail, or visits from representatives of large wholesale labs that promise better service at lower prices. The mail offers become food for the shredder while the reps are politely told that I'm satisfied with Gateway. From courtesy on the phone to timeliness of delivery Gateway excels. In addition, and this is hugely important, it is a LOCALLY owned business. That means all decisions are made in house, on the premises; my dollars are recycled locally; if I have a rush order I can get same day service - often within hours. There is a saying about being "penny-wise and pound foolish". In my opinion supporting out of town (and sometimes out of country) owned businesses is an example of this practice. If the product is not locally available such purchases are understandable. However, when you can get the same product or service locally AND support your community why wouldn't you?
