I have taken my daughter here on two separate occasions for sports/dance injuries and she has been able to fully recover thanks to the excellent care of the physical therapists here. We’ve worked with therapist Matt who is very knowledgeable, caring, and all around great person with a great attitude. He knows what he’s doing and is very thorough with your specific injury. Also, the facility is very clean and has all kinds of exercise equipment and specialized tools to help with your needs. “I brought my 2 grandchildren in for their first time appointments to the eye Dr. From the lady that took my call to the Dr assistance and techs to the Dr. They took their time. Made the kids feel comfortable enough that they want to go back again. The kids where heard and spoken to respectfully. The Dr took the time to allow me to call their mom so she could interstate the discussion of the appointment. That was very appreciated. I will be making my own eye Dr appt there as well. “I am a 30+ year old, combat veteran that was sent to this location for my heels to get inserts and shoes. From the moment I stepped in to the facility the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and much courtesy. My specialist, Barb was very welcoming and funny. I could tell she really cared about me. She made me feel heard, unlike the VA. While in treatment at this location (4 different times) the staff I interacted with made me feel like I was family (that's the best way I can describe it).I did not think I would like the shoes but my specialist, Barb was able to search for shoes that fit my style of dress, and were more suited for my age. I wear my inserts and shoes everyday! I can't believe inserts and shoes would this big of a difference in my life. I can go on walks longer than 10 minutes without feeling excruciating pain on my arch and heels now!!! It is good to be able to finally eliminate one of the things that prevented me from living a happy life now that I am out the Army (medical reasons). I recommend this location to any Veteran, or individual looking for services where they would be treated with dignity, respect, care, and fairness. Let them take care of you. Go back to being able to do some of the activities you used to do before!”

“I cannot say enough about this facility and the staff. They opened a new 800 hall all women memory care unit. While this has been the hardest thing I've ever had to do, trusting my loved one to strangers, they have gone out of their way to make this transition as easy as possible! Her room is beauful. With TV and apps provided. The food is good. The staff has been caring and attentive. She gets to go on 2 walks a day outside, they took her to do activities like bingo. I visited a few places, and by far, this was the best. It is not in close proximity, but the peace of mind of knowing she's safe, is worth it! Tanika has been great. She let me tour the facility prior to her being there, let me meet the other residents, stayed late even, and checks in on my mom daily. The staff on duty in the memory care, have been kind, and address most needs and called me to get my permission, when one of her friends wanted to take her out for ice cream, and also called me when she returned to let me know. Stephen, in the office has been so patient and helpful. His job is a lot, but he is there for you to get you through whatever needs to be done. My mom took a very sudden and rapid decline, and we were completely blindsided by all of this. Kristy is an advocate for placement, and oversees I think, about 8 facilities. She was my lifeline through this process. She is honest, and truly cares. I am so grateful to everyone involved . I highly recommend Kristy and this facility.”
