“I have been dealing with severe back and hip pain for a year and a half. (I have had back and neck surgery in the past). I hardly sleep, can't sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, and my general quality of life has diminished. I have suffered emotionally from dealing with this for so long. I have seen several doctors and been told that there was nothing that could be done and I just had to deal with it. I've tried physical therapy, massage therapy, and exercise, and they all made me feel worse. Dr. Dyck listened to me carefully, without judgment, and referred me to a surgeon. “After having 14 inches of my colon removed I was referred to Dr. Talley for follow up for 3 years. He was easy to talk to, and he explained very well what he was doing. He explained how a certain blood test done each year would indicated whether I was staying cancer free. The blood test was done in his office, and each year it came back negative, so he explained that we were past the critical time, and that I would not need to keep seeing him. I found him to be very compassionate and concerned that if cancer returned we would want to catch in in time. In addition every person on his office staff were very helpful, friendly and competent.”
