“Dr. Lubbers is a highly knowledgeable and skilled therapist. Although he is very accomplished, his attitude is very kind and unassuming during our sessions. I find his feedback and opinions to be thoughtful and genuine. Furthermore, I enjoy the fact I am allowed to work at my own pace. I do not feel pressured to talk about my issues or relive painful memories. He does make an effort to make each session productive. I never feel annoyed or that my time has been wasted after leaving his office. Finding a compatible therapist is a difficult task which may take a considerable amount of trial and error (and money >:| ). “Dr. Wick is ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE BEST! He has done great work and repairs that i didnt know were imaginable. All of the staff are sooo personable and they all make it a more than comfortable enviroment. And let me say with the kiddos its pretty important. And when i can let my 8 year old go back like a big boy ever so brave to have front 2 adult teeth repaired more than once. 4 times in a year to be exact Dr Wick has done a fantastic job working his magic all along making everyone almost forget where they are. I now take my oldest there and he thinks hes pretty spectacular as well. Mind you 2 back to back appointments with one being extractions of 2 molars. So im just saying no questions asked hands down this is the dental stop! Love you guys at Shoal Valley Dental....????”

“I have been using SERC for therapy following a rotator cuff tear and later surgery. My primary therapist is Teresa, but I have had others. Teresa is awesome. She explains things well, helps correct me, and is a good taskmaster--which I need sometimes. I am coming to the end of my therapy sessions, and she is looking ahead to help me plan for further exercises to carry on individually. Other therapists have been great to work with as well. The entire staff, including front desk Jeannette, are always friendly, cheerful, and the therapy staff all have the commitment to help patients get better. They know it isn't easy but encourage patients to continue on and do exercises at home to get better as quickly as possible. I will use them again if I need to.”
