As gymnasts themselves, they teach actual gymnastics verbiage; teach various techniques by doing it themselves; and because of the 10:1 ratio, coaches are very attentive to each student & are not reserved in spotting their students. Most important to us was that they were honest about our daughter’s level of ability rather than just allowing her to enroll in a class she’s not ready for, despite her previous gymnastics experience.
