“I was promptly checked in, treated with courtesy, promptly taken to triage, and had tests done as necessary. Jan, the nurse that helped me was so kind and took really wonderful care of me. Olga (I think was her name) took me for my Cat scan and was very sweet and thoughtful as well. The doctor thoroughly explained everything and took his time with me. He was not a particularly warm individual, but I'm not looking to make a best friend, I just want proper treatment. I did experience a dirty bathroom in the entry area. There was urine all over the toilet seat, but all in all, I had the best ER experience I've ever had. I must note that it was not busy at all when I arrived. I was the only patient, so I can't attest to the running of the ER when it's hectic and busy. I drove from Rolla to go to St Luke's, and I will choose this hospital again in the future if I have an emergency. I especially appreciate Jan and her thoughtfulness and compassionate care. One of the best nurses I've ever had.”

The whole staff is a delight from reception to labs to finance and the best part for me was Sam my IVF coordinator she made me feel loved and cared for 1000% of the way. And Dr. Simckes is truly an angel sent from heaven to help us in every way possible he finds a way and makes you and your family feel like family and not some experiment or just another paycheck. “I have never been to this location before today. I swung by on my way home to grab some roasting pans and some birthday napkins. They had a variety of options to choose from with each item I was looking for. The shelves were well stocked and I even came home with some things I didn't know I needed. The nice gentleman who was working had a great sense of humor and was very polite. I would definitely recommend this location.”

“I’m truly amazed. First the office is very inviting and kid friendly. A lot of bright colors and kids movies. 2nd his hygienist Jake was phenomenal!! He took time to talk to My daughter, show her every tool, what they do and how he will use them. He would have her touch the items and use them on her hand so she knew what it would feel like her mouth. He was able to successfully clean her teeth and get x-rays and really made it fun for her. Dr. Dill even said to him. Jake she really likes you, you will be my assistant when we do the fillings. Then, I had to schedule a 2nd appointment. Jake took Ariana to the waiting room and played with her so I was able to do this with no distractions. When leaving, My daughter gave Jake a big hug and cried. My daughter is particular with some people and Jake had the perfect charm for her.”

“The process of being admitted was quicker than I expected, because there were quite a few cars in the parking lot. As soon as I walked in I was filling out paperwork and showing my drivers license and insurance card. Shortly after completing that, I was escorted to a room and within minutes someone was there asking about my problem and taking my vitals. He was quite professional but friendly. The nurse said the doctor will see you shortly. Again in a very short period of time a doctor came in and checked me out. He too was personable and easy to talk to. He listened to me, and he checked me out. All in all, I had a good experience in their care. It’s very clean, well lighted, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus it cost a lot less than going to a hospital ER. I would totally recommend Total Access Urgent Care .”
