I started training here at my mom's recommendation; she signed me up for training in an effort to help me recover from an eating disorder and heal my relationship with my body. Coming in, I was starving, very low-energy, and terribly unconfident in the gym. Ryan and Tommy both knew this, and they worked with me to develop a strength training routine and a nutrition plan over the course of a summer. They were extremely supportive on both my good and bad days, and they work hard to provide a positive experience tailored to the individual goals of each client. I've since fallen in love with lifting, and my mindset is as healthy and strong as ever. “They were all so great & fast at getting us in! I initially went in for myself & had my son with me. The doctor noticed something up with my son, & she wanted to get him care right away. They did testing & everything for him. While checking on me. Turns out I’m fine! But my son was breathing super fast. & even though they were closing at 5:45. The doctor sat in there watching his breaths & got up set up with a breathing treatment! First doctor to ever help us get started on one!! So happy with the care!
