We've been remodeling and I've changed my mind several times while Robert (and the store manager, Adam, I think is his name) have gone out of their way to help me chose just right. Some of my furniture has arrived and some will arrive in November. The excellent service extended me makes it worth the wait. I've pictured our hearth room. The two swivel chairs and sofa is from Slumberland. The swivel chairs are perfect, allowing comfort and ease, whether chatting with guests in the hearth room or kitchen, as well as turning to watch TV. The sofa is so comfy! Thus particular sofa turns out too big for the room and they have been wonderful to work with finding a more appropriate and perfect piece. Slumberland's selection of recliner chairs, sofas, and sectionals is unending. I can hardly wait to receive my husband's fully equipped recliner in November. I couldn't be more pleased. “Oak Home finished our basement including a full bathroom, guest room, entertainment center, built-in desk for a home office, and a bar. It was a large project with a lot of cabinetry and specific design elements. The team at Oak Home did a great job to understand our final vision, communicate with us throughout the way and deliver an unbelievable final product. The team was reliable, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Our basement is now my favorite place in our home and is perfect for our young family as well as entertaining.”

“I like this place. There's a real wide selection. You can get almost anything you need for outdoor work or farming. They got tools they got candy. They got old fashioned pickles. They got clothes. I definitely recommend them. Their prices aren't bad either and that's saying a lot considering the state of our economy. The only real critique I would have is the cashiers could engage with the customer more and talk to each other less. And I know that sounds like a managerial complaint but formally I was a manager in a different place and I notice things like that. It's one thing whenever there's no customers and you're just chatting with each other. Whatever. But when you're actively checking out a customer ringing up their items, it's pretty rude to look behind you and have a whole conversation while giving off the impression that checking out my items is an inconvenience for you. So you have some customer service things to work on. Otherwise, this review would have been a five star. But it still wasn't enough of an issue for me to not at least give a four star review.”
