The people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. One word of advice would be to look for your own flooring install company/person or at least look at reviews for the 3rd party person they help schedule you with (not always easy to do). Wasn’t too impressed with the workmanship of the installer they set up for the carpet and linoleum. Later we hired our own person for wood flooring and they seemed to care more about the overall job (floor leveling, finishing quarter round, etc.)”
