“In the hottest heat of this summer (100-degree days), my 20-year-old ac unit bit the dust. I got three quotes on a new ac and furnace. McDaniel's was able to beat my second quote by several hundred dollars, even though I'm located on the other side of KC. The two installers were wonderful! And very quick, only about 4 hours for the full replacement. They installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use it. All together from my first phone call, it took 1 day to get a quote and about a week to get the unit installed. Much faster than I expected in what I expect was their busiest time of the summer! My new ac unit works great and has kept the house cool all summer! Overall great service and product. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs service or a new unit.”

“Highly recommend this company. I called the day after Christmas about our washer which has had several issues for a while. Andy explained what the issues likely were and offered to send out a tech that morning. Since there's a service call charge, I asked if he thought the washer was worth putting money into based on the issues I was describing. He instantly said "no". I appreciated his honesty - he would have made more money off of me by sending out a tech and potentially having us pay for repairs, but he gave me a straight answer instead. I asked if he had any refurbished sets for sale and he said he was picking one up Friday. He refurbished it for me and came to deliver and install the next day. With an old house, they ran into several hiccups while installing - I'm sure it took much longer than he anticipated - but he didn't charge us extra. They stayed until we were happy with the setup, then he walked me through the settings and cycles of the units before he left. My neighbor had recommended them to me after she went through a similar thing and ended up purchasing refurbished units from them; my experience lived up to her raving reviews!”
