Mike W with BFP recently came to our home to check on our water heater under a home warranty claim. From the moment he arrived he was super polite and professional. He went right to work diagnosing the problem and working with the home warranty company to get us up and running with a new unit. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and patient explaining everything to us. Because of Mike's awesome work, we had hot water again SAME DAY! “I entered a small store that sold salt water taffy, ice cream, and other items. I didn't really know it was an antique mall when I walked in...but there was a door that opened up to the antique part of the store! I wondered in and walked thru a half dozen rooms full of some really old stuff. Then I discovered that they had a couple of rooms upstairs too! It was really cool seeing the toys and household items that I played with/used back in the '50's and even some stuff that predated my life!”
