“I have been "Blessed" to come across these people! A " Thank you" to the staff seems so small for all they have done for me!! Long story short after countless tests and X-rays for the past 3/4 years, no one could find a answer to my back pain, feeling of being compressed, not being able to sit for a short period of time, the tingling, numbness.......thought I was crazy but knowing I wasn't! I can't say enough about Mark Jagger, he took the time to listen and answer any questions I asked, and explained things to me! That in itself was a "God send "! His knowledge and skills........ and patience with me was a prayer that has been answered. I am from St Joseph, Missouri and I would recommend him highly, it came down to nerve issues that were never addressed! I am able to do things I haven't been doing for a long time!!! “I have been using SERC for therapy following a rotator cuff tear and later surgery. My primary therapist is Teresa, but I have had others. Teresa is awesome. She explains things well, helps correct me, and is a good taskmaster--which I need sometimes. I am coming to the end of my therapy sessions, and she is looking ahead to help me plan for further exercises to carry on individually. Other therapists have been great to work with as well. The entire staff, including front desk Jeannette, are always friendly, cheerful, and the therapy staff all have the commitment to help patients get better. They know it isn't easy but encourage patients to continue on and do exercises at home to get better as quickly as possible. I will use them again if I need to.”
