“Small town post office. I drove an hour out of Kansas City to put in my passport application in here because they didn't require appointments. I got there and was informed that they were getting so many people from the city that they were having to start taking appointments. The lady working the desk was very sweet and still took the time to help me out and let me put the application in. It was a really good start to my day, and really put me in a good mood. Hard to find this kind of service a lot of the time in the city.”

“This is my post office of choice whenever I need to visit one in person. I am closer to the Odessa office but vastly prefer the one in Oak Grove. The workers here are so nice and friendly and patient. They never make an issue of answering questions and always offer help. There are two ladies in particular who have always been so kind when I've come in with a problem or complicated shipment. But everyone I've interacted with has been great. I don't think I've ever had any negative expirences here. I used to frequent Odessa but a few of the employees there were always rude. The first time I stopped at Oak Grove instead and the employee was so friendly and nice, I knew I wouldn't go back. It's been a year now, and if I need to go the the post office in person, I will go out of my way if I have to to go to this one. Thank you!”

“I recently had live chicks shipped from California. They were supposed to arrive Wednesday by 3pm. Paid priority express next day with the money back guarantee - the whole shabangdingy. Thursday afternoon rolls around and the shipping says they still haven't left Sacramento, CA. Keeping in mind these are live chicks that will only last a couple days. I went down to the post office to see if I could get any information and let me just tell you Dina and the young man at the front desk were SO nice and helpful. I just assumed post office employees were kind of like DMV employees - relatively grumpy and unhelpful - boy was I wrong (at least at the ES post office). They took my phone number and told me they would call me as soon as they arrived. And they gave me all the info I needed to tell the shipper that she's totally entitled to a refund on the money back guarantee for priority express. Saturday rolls around (they were WAY late but not my post office's fault) and I got a call at 5am from Sophia telling me they arrived and that I could come get them at the back door even though they were closed! While I'm not exactly happy with the USPS in general because they were 4 days late (thankfully the majority survived), I could not have been happier with the service at this post office.”
