On more than one occasion, my local carrier has straightened out and found miss-hipped packages from FEDEX, which is not uncommon around here. Always remember, it's easy to criticize when you don't understand the whole process.”

“I have been up to this office twice now and had no problems. The first time was to figure out an issue with the delivery of a package and today was just to make sure my package made it on the trucks to be delivered today. Both visits were during the first hour they opened so it was very quick and the ladies were very helpful in locating and giving me the status of my packages. They could have been a bit more cheerful about it, but definitely were not rude or cold. Like I said very helpful and very quick customer service is all I have experienced.”
