“We LOVE RM West ll! The reason we do is because of the amazing leasing staff. We had to move across state to get here, and only had communications with Alexis through email and phone calls (she even took the time to personally show us a unit virtually). She was nothing short of amazing with making our move stress less (which we all know moving is stress FULL). I simply cannot say enough good things about her and her patience, understanding, and overall just being so darn nice! She was so attentive even with being as busy as I know she is. You can tell she truly cares about her residents and future residents. Don’t let me downplay the rest of the staff though! Leah and Diallo are also ACES! So sweet, kind, and helpful. I hope they all know how much we truly appreciate them and their patience. (I also had a maintenance request shortly after we moved in and they arrived so quickly that day that I forgot I had put the request in!) But I digress! The building is beautiful as well, with fantastic amenities. Very dog friendly which is a huge plus. All in all. Thank the entire staff so much for being as amazing as you are.”

“We’ve lived in a townhome(the larger one) for about two months now, and we love it! We are a family of 5, and there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The layout is great, we love the kitchen. Our master bedroom also has 2 closets- which was something I didn’t know we needed, but probably can’t live without now. :) It’s very quiet, which is important to us. There were a few maintenance issues in the beginning, which is to be expected with a new build, but the girls in the front office were quick and responsive to getting the issues fixed quickly! I would say our only complaint right now the constant finding of nails on our driveway, we wish the construction crew would do a better job of cleaning up. I commute to Overland Park for work, and the location couldn’t be better! Easy on/off of 435. This is going to be an amazing place to live once the amenities and local business are in place. We can’t wait!”

“I have lived here for nearly two years and have loved it!! The management is fantastic, particularly Mike and Xena, and the maintenance people are super responsive and friendly. There is a washer and dryer included, as well as a dishwasher, which is fantastic! My favorite part about living here is how close it is to campus and how easy it is to get there from the complex. It has made my morning commute so much easier. Overall, I love living in this clean and friendly complex - it has been nothing but good to me.”
