“My wife and I had a remarkable experience with Ron, his son Brian, the agent contact, Vicki and the building contact, Ryan. Having never been involved in a new build, my wife and I were constantly putting forth questions, requests and concerns and each time, with efficiency, patience and extreme professionalism, we were put at ease, pointed in the right direction or given suggestions to make the process as seamless as possible. We first met Ron and shared our hopes for a house in the Staley Meadows development and he found time on numerous occasions to meet with us personally, open homes for us to visit, answer questions and review floor plans. Beyond those visits, our experiences were with Brian, Vicki and Ryan, all of whom exceeded our expectations and worked diligently to maintain communication with us throughout the process. Among the particulars, we asked for additional plumbing to facilitate a downstairs bar, modifications to the deck to include stairs to grade, additional cabinetry in the kitchen and laundry room and a number of additional questions, concerns and changes. On every single occasion, Ryan visited with us through text or voice to ensure he understood our needs; he met with us personally several times as well to point out what was been done and update us on progress. Amendments, changes and updates were always timely from Vicki and our mortgage lender and agent were always kept up to date on the process. As we pointed out, this was all new to us so we inundated everyone with questions, concerns and ideas from doable to completely ridiculous, but with each inquiry or crazy idea we were treated extremely respectfully and promptly. Each vendor we worked with through Baldwin from carpets and tile to wood stains, appliances and light fixtures was helpful and informative. When we had issues with the VA process towards the end, the Baldwin Team stepped forward and helped our family transition from our temporary apartment to the new home. No process is perfect and this was stressful and overwhelming at times but our home is beautiful and most importantly we were kept involved at every opportunity to make sure we weren't just buying a home that was being built but we were buying the particular home that was being built for us and our children.
