“We LOVE living here!! They have a fenced in Dog Park which my big half-pit loves to run around in. On that, they accept all breeds of dog!! (Not many places can say that). The pool is great in the summer and well maintained. There is a 24 hour gym in the clubhouse that has everything one would need to get a great workout. And that's just the amenities! Our apartment is wonderful! Before we moved in the complex put in new carpet and vinyl. It's spacious with a great view and excellent neighbors. But that's still not the best part... THE STAFF is the absolute best!! It's nice to go for a walk and see employees working with smiles on their faces all the time! They all know us by name and make a point to say "good morning!" or simply "Hello!" or give a wave as they drive by on their golf carts. The girls in the office are more than happy to help with anything we need and the maintenance guys are superb and very good at what at they do. I hear some of the newly renovated apartments just got tile backsplashes in the kitchens. One of the maintenance guys did them himself and showed me pictures. Very nice work! Overall, we're going to be here a long time. That's how much we love it! Seriously 10/10 we recommend! :)”

“Stayed at this apartment back in the summer of 2005..Forest park bought it in 2006. Rent soared & on summer of 07' the place caught on fire & I moved.. It was so affordable back when I first lived there like: $535/A MONTH & the apartment was HUGE w/ 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms no joke! Maaaaan!!! The place was amazing back then!......There was a road right at the apartment called Winn rd that connected right to I35 a straight shot to downtown clubs & bars , but its been closed since 2007! Let me tell you this apartment had a HUGE balcony too with an amazing VIEW of I35 downtown highway. I can't tell you how much fun I had, I can't tell how many fun & romantic moments I had at this apartment..Wow! Amazing memories....I can't say if it'll be the same for you as it was for me, but I moved in after the military at 22yrs old & I had a blast there for 2yrs straight. -Good Luck!”
