Not only did my roof turn out fantastic, the owner of CDM Roofing met the claims adjuster at my home and found damage that would not have otherwise been covered, resulting in an additional $800+ on-the-spot. CDM Roofing then sent in a supplement for the additional material needed resulting in less money out of pocket. The crew did an amazing job with the roof and shed, as well as, a meticulous cleanup job - which was extremely important to me as I had just mulched around the house and have two fur-babies that I wouldn't want to get stuck with a nail! “I called Armor Roofing based on the reviews that frequently mentioned Shawn, knowing there would be a specific guy to deal with. To my surprise, I got through to someone immediately and it was Sean! He was able to discuss the concerns I had regarding the roof decking, ventilation issues I had in my attic and even looked up my house on google maps, very accurately estimating the size of the roof. He agreed to come do a formal estimate the following day. He arrived on time, answered all my questions and didn't rush at all. The day after, I was emailed the most detailed quote I received and decided to proceed. About a few days later I was scheduled to have the job start. It was a pretty massive job and everybody was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Detailed, honest, and professional service was provided. I was pretty happy with their overall work and they also made sure that they cleaned the premises before leaving. Good work by Shawn, and the team!”

“Everything was perfect and seamless. Daniel was a true professional who was quick to respond with any and all the questions that I asked. I work a lot, so for the first consultation and estimate, he spoke with my wife. When I asked my wife how she felt with Daniel she said he was very polite and made her feel very comfortable, which in turn made me feel comfortable. The workers were very polite as well and made sure to clean up after they had finished the job. The following day, Daniel came back to the house to make sure all the nails and trash had been cleaned up. I have a lot of landscaping and they made sure to protect it from falling debris.”

“Collins roofing done an excellent job. I needed my roof and gutter guards replaced and they were in and out in a day and a half. They worked around me having 3 dogs when it came to restroom breaks for them. They picked up everything and locked the fences when I needed to let them out. Will was also amazing to work with, he explained everything from start to finish and then some. The most impressive thing was them going around with the insurance company for 2 months before getting the payout and they were very professional about things. They didn't blow up my phone nor were they being angry about it. We kept in touch and when the check came in Will came to the house to pick it up. I would recommend them to anyone and If I ever need work like this done again i will most definitely give them a call. Thank you”
