“From start to finish we had a great experience. Gabe was willing to work with me on a few issues that were out of the ordinary. Even though the situation change he didn't lose his cool or back down. He worked it out with me and gave me a few different bids to show how each scenario would go. Abraham was a fantastic help as well. He visited us 2 times prior to contract so we were all on the same page. The work he did with his crew was outstanding. We had many sheets of rotten plywood that had to be removed and replaced which he saw to it that it happened correctly. One big issue we had was a major deflection in the roof which we talked about prior to start. It did end up being bigger then expected but they fixed it non the less. The roofing crew they had were fast and professional. They brought there own generator for power and after they were done they cleaned up the area nicely. Thank you Golden Gables for the work you all did. I will be recommending you to others in the area who need roofing needs.”

“thanks to icc roofing our house got a new roof at an affordable price from the moment I contacted them I knew they were right for the job. Our roof was put on about a year ago when I contacted Brian who came out to do the estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. The roof was put on while my wife and I were on vacation so I didn't get the opportunity to see them work first hand however our family who stayed behind said they were polite and kept a clean job site. while I was on vacation Brian kept me up to date on their progress via email and phone and was kind enough to send photos and explain the problems they encountered once the roof was tore off. upon our return there was no evidence of them being there except for the fact that we had a new roof. no nails or roofing debris was left behind. I contacted Brian once I returned and he came out and walked the roof with me to show me what was done and explain the venting and overall reasons why we wouldn't have to use our warranty now 1 year later our roof still looks amazing and aside from a siding crew who nailed through the shingles we have not had any problems with the roof. my wife and I are in the process of buying another house that may need a new roof and I would only ask for icc to be the ones to install it. and I would happily refer them to anyone in need of a new roof. thanks ICC for all of your hard work.”
