They did the job from demolition, to creative carpentry and use of metal, to a special paint job on the ceiling and installing new vinyl plank flooring. Tim selected the right guys for the job and they consulted me for every decision that would impact the design and functionality. Mike and Ty are professionals and so detail oriented. I was able to show Tim and his crew pictures of my ideas for the space and work together with them. He is so responsive and easy to work with. I loved how he used technology to let me know when craftsman would be arriving and also to send me very clear invoices. They assisted us in renting an apartment, site unseen from 2000 miles away, this was a very impressive, smooth process. Being new here, the events they have held to bring the community together have been awesome! We have met many of our neighbors through these events and really appreciate the extra effort that they put in!!! The maintenance staff is outstanding as well, the few things that I have needed to have looked at, have received an immediate response. The snow clearing I did not expect, what an amazing job! I highly recommend Orchard Village apartments, the entire staff is very welcoming and a tentative!!!”

“Located in a strip mall not far away from multiple baseball fields. We went here on a Sunday afternoon it wasn't very crowded . They are short staffed like everyone else. Service was ok not great. The house made chicken taquitos were really good. Bigger than I expected with a good portion of chicken in it . We had the cheeseburger pizza . It was good . There was a bunch of Lettuce and tomatoes on top as well . Too much in my opinion. Overall great place to grab a drink or something to eat . I will come back here again for sure”
