He kept me updated every step of the way when he heard of new information, all the way up to the day that he called to tell me that it had arrived on the lot. He even offered to gather some of the needed financing information from me over the phone so that I would have less time to wait when I came in to finish all the paperwork after I was done working that day. Not only did they exceed their originally quoted delivery time by 3 months, they were also exceptionally communicative and continued that same level of customer service upon my receipt of the vehicle. They spent the time to explain everything about it and made sure that I was comfortable and felt safe in it before I drove away (this new vehicle was to replace one that had been totaled).
