It's not only the food that is great but the owners are way above and beyond 8n that they will remember you after visiting there once or twice. It is also family owned and not a big chain restaurant even though there are other restaurants with the same name. This is the only restaurant they own and run.”

“I’ve been going to this studio a little under a month, and I absolutely love it. Christy has such a beautiful spirit, even hugged me on the second class I took! She’s very kind, gentle and patient. She really goes back to the basics of every yoga pose and teaches how to correctly improve and help hold said poses. I never feel lost in this class! It feels less like an intense work out and more like rejuvenating of the body and mind. Patricia’s classes are amazing for getting relaxing real deep stretch. I look forward to her calming Thursday morning classes. If you’re feeling in a slump and just want to feel good again, go here. It’s like no studio I’ve been to before!”
