“I had a great experience with BEK and would definitely recommend them and use them again. I booked two moves and Erick helped me schedule and coordinate both of these. He was great to work with and very responsive and professional. I instantly felt that I was in good hands. The first move was with Ricky and Tyler and they showed up on time, got all of the stuff to the new apartment quickly and nothing was broken or scratched. They were very professional and friendly! The second move was with Brandon, Nathan, Matt, Dobbins and Zack. All of them showed up on time, wrapped everything perfect and loaded the truck quick. They were all professional and friendly as well. Dobbins and Zack then went on to do the out of state move. They got to the next state in a timely manner and once everything was unloaded into the new place not one thing was broken or scratched. To coordinate 2 separate moves and one of them going from Missouri to Kansas seemed overwhelming but everyone at BEK who was part of the move was amazing and I thank you guys so much for having it run so smoothly and staying in good spirits the whole way through! You guys are great!”

“I would highly recommend Metroeast Mortuary. Our dear brother was in a nursing home and his cerebral palsy took control of his body. After spending 10 days in the hospital and 10 days in hospice he passed away very peacefully. We are out of state and dear sweet Charisse and Elizabeth made it possible to finalize our brothers funeral. Even in the early morning of his passing, they went above and beyond to stayed in touch throughout the next 72 hours. He was brought back to us quickly, so our family could have some peace. They are so kind and compassionate and even checked on us to see how we were doing. It is hard enough to lose a loved one and with Covid and being so far away it was next to impossible to imagine having to plan a funeral. Thanks to the good, kind people of Metroeast Mortuary, our family is at peace and feel as if our brother was taken care of with dignity. Our family will be forever grateful. These good people will go to heaven for sure. Thank you all,”

We recently transferred from another local violin rental store after years of 'drama' and sub par customer service and I have to tell you -- the overall customer experience is like night and day! From the moment I first contacted the store to the next day when we picked up our instrument - the customer service was truly first class! The gentlemen in the store were patient, courteous and professional - taking the time to explain the instrument policy, the store, and payment process as well as guiding me to the website. The website - is phenomenal. From an end-user standpoint, the interface is well designed, simple to follow, and makes it super efficient to rent an instrument. When we arrived in the store, there was a slight mix-up on the instrument and the owner stepped right up to get everything exchanged and send us on our merry way. He spent time showing my daughter how to use the new shoulder rest (we had been using a sponge) and gave some pointers on bow care and rosin. Truly exceptional service, great variety of products *available* so you are not waiting days/weeks for an instrument, great store location, very clean and organized facilities... if you aren't being treated like the amazing person you are by your current violin shop - PLEASE COME HERE! They value you and will take good care of you and your stringed instrument friend. =)”

She was honest and told me it was out on a test drive at that moment. We decided to continue to drive that way in hopes maybe the deal would not go through. About 15 min later, Joanna called me to let me know he was going to buy it.
