“I want to start off by saying thanks to Latoya Cannon who is a Financial Coach at this branch location. I needed to open an account and apply for a loan for one of life’s necessities. I was thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and great attitude displayed by Latoya. I have 30 plus years of customer service experience. My current position requires remote technical support via phone. There are times we must give instructions for the customer to complete to resolve their questions, but the bulk of our work requires remotely connecting to the customer’s device and completing the steps needed to resolve their issue. Latoya handled my situation in a similar fashion. In customer service we refer to this as holding the customer’s hand like a guide taking them where they need to go instead of pointing to have them do the steps themselves. The process was seamless and quick. I had my accounts opened, my first deposit completed, and my loan approval information completed with no hassle. There were times I thought I needed more information, but Latoya would reassure me that she only requests the information needed to complete the process and nothing extra. This was a breath of fresh air because your financial data is in big demand. Only having to provide what is needed gives some peace of mind. “This is why I Highly Recommend Patterson Family Paractice: Dr. Patterson and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner! He has been my primary care physician for a long time now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. I went in for routine and discussed allergies to Dr. Patterson. He knew from my description exactly what I needed. I spent all weekend outside without a runny nose, sneezing fit or congestion. I thought to myself why didn't I talk to him about this sooner. I was switching to find the best over counter medicine Allegra, Claritin, Zyrtec, Advil cold and sinus, and Benadryl. I did this forever and got no relief. I also have tried a specialist before speaking to Dr. Patterson. I was pricked up and down my arms. Now I know that was such a waste of time. I even went to an Urgent care facility for it before. That was another waste of time & money! Finally, I am allergy free and can breathe. Thank you, Dr. Patterson! The staff is so efficient. They are very equipped with the most up to date information. My bill was due when I came in. The front desk politely asked me if I wanted to pay it. I was so surprised that she was so passive and nice. It made realize these ladies must have trouble with people not paying and getting angry at them. I told her of course I want to settle up that bill immediately. She asked very nicely the whole balance. I told her Yes of course I don't want an outstanding medical bill out there. Dr. Patterson's staff is genuine & cares about their patients.”

Highly recommend!!! 5000 mile Update: Had my 1st oil change done (since repairs) early since oil started leaking around 1000 miles from the oil filter. Not a lot, but it made a big mess underneath. The oil filter was over tightened and warped around the seal. Billy didn't put on the oil filter. His shop hand did. Besides that, the truck has been running amazingly!!”
