I appreciated the fact that they were honest about not being able to clean some pieces because of the fine fabric and they didn't want to risk damaging them. They were helpful in explaining the method that would need to be used and directing me to some professionals that might be able to get the job done. As for the furniture they were able to clean; they made it look like new and it wasn't overly wet. I am a satisfied customer and will use them again in the future:)”

“When I was a young girl and teen, I attended Grand Oak's church camp for many years. Now that I am a mom of four children, they are getting to experience the same wonderful time that I had. Grand Oaks is a clean, safe environment for children to come and learn about God's love and how we should carrier ourselves as young adults. One of the many fun things that I remember loving about camp, was getting to meet other kids from different churches and towns. This is a great way for children to get away for a week and know that they are surrounded by other Christian children and adults, all while experiencing God's love.”

I was skeptical about moving here because of the other reviews saying you can hear your neighbors and the walls are thin. “Had my 15 year old dachshund groomed recently. They were very gentle with her and did an excellent job. My fur baby has limited hearing and vision and can get stressed under new circumstances. She was not anxious about being left and was under no duress when I picked her up about an hour later. Bonus was that she looked beautiful, smelled nice and had a little extra zip in her step!”

“Being that it is autumn time an acorn fell on the hood of my three month old car and put a pretty decent and obvious ding in it. I took my car there the next day and was able to get a quote and repair in the same day. They set me up in a nice waiting space while the work was being done and only took about an hour to fix it. The staff there was incredibly friendly and made the overall experience super easy. The pricing was more than reasonable and made my hood look like nothing ever happened. If anything of this sort happens again I'll be sure to bring it back.”
