“Imperial deserves more than 5 stars in my book. Their entire staff both on the hospital side and the Pet Lodge side combine extreme competence with incredible caring and love for the pets in their care. As evidence of what we think about them, they are located 23 miles from our house and obviously, there are lots of very good vets much closer, but Imperial has so impressed us with their consistence excellence in every respect that we have not ever considered changing. When your pet really needs to be seen urgently, they make that happen. For one example, one of our dogs developed a big lump on one of his front legs suspiciously quickly and one of the vets came in on his day off so that the lump could be removed almost immediately (turned out to be benign). Another quality we value really highly is we have boarded our dogs during travel and they post photos and the staff really cares about them and all their charges and we feel they could not possibly be in better hands. Whatever special food or need your pet has, they make that happen. They also board other animals such as rabbits and cats and with their new building on the hospital side, the Pet Lodge/grooming side has been upgraded and they have super nice facilities for boarding, but it is the attention to detail and caring of the staff that really makes the place, not the facilities which are fabulous. They are also amazing with pets that need special care to convalesce and can do "hospital-like" care after a pet has had surgery or anything major like that and requires more care than what any normal owner could provide at home. Over nearly 8 years, we have not been disappointed a single time I can remember. I feel we were fortunate to find them and our pets have all lived longer and better lives thanks to them.”

“My parents switch nursing facilities to have care in the same room and be together. They were blessed to be accepted to enter full nursing care here during Covid. As with any elderly care, it is not easy. I feel the nurses and staff did a great job of caring for my parent’s spiritually, and physically. They knew when they needed more care with hospice and we appreciated them using their heart and knowledge to offer that service. I felt they did a good job of controlling pain and keeping them comfortable. Words cannot express how much we truly appreciate the hospice team, even after my parents passed away. “We are so grateful for Rouge’s HUGE role in making my whimsical woodland garden wedding vision come to life. I really wanted a natural, wild, eclectic, wildflower look to my bouquet and arrangements. I was nervous I wasn’t going to be able to translate the vision in my head to my florist, but Rouge did an incredible job understanding me and my style. They absolutely nailed the look I wanted. They gave my hair stylist plenty of flowers to choose from and work with for me hair in the morning. And in the afternoon, I was deep in making sure all my people had direction for decorating the ceremony space when Rouge arrived, but they got right to setting up flowers everywhere we discussed and made it all perfect and exactly how I imagined. They did such a great job getting all the info they needed from me ahead of time, they were able to setup independently without needing guidance from me on the day of. They greeted me, asked a couple quick questions, and then went above and beyond to make things SO perfect. I’m in love with how it all turned out! They were so friendly and responsive throughout the planning process too. I highly recommend Rouge!!”
