“We purchased a new home that was built in an area that was previously an open field, and have caught a couple of mice in the unfinished portion of our basement where the furnace and sump pump are located. One time the bill was over $400 more than quoted due to some work being done that was necessary but not discussed before it was done. That was a shock and upsetting but I paid because I knew it was legitimate.”
