Even though we didn’t end up needing work done on the car that was towed there everyone we interacted with was very nice and extremely friendly. They helped move the process along with insurance going above and beyond to help.

The customer service from Inter-Tech is exceptional! Any time I called in to check on my car, they knew exactly which car was mine and immediately had a response for me. They worked with my insurance company and were very knowledgeable about how each ins company works. Saved me so much time and hassel! Their work was done promptly. When I picked up my car, they described in detail what was done to my car. Will return to Inter-Tech. I was recommended to them by a family member and I will also recommend them to anyone I know that needs their car worked on.

If you need repairs done to your car, this is a great place to take it. Very professional. They were honest about everything upfront. They actually had my car back to be about a week early!
