The most amazing people early in the morning. I had a flat tire, unfortunately had to put fix a flat just to get my car to big O tires. I felt so guilty giving them a tire with the fix a flat in it but kindly James with no hesitation jumped into the bay and checked out my tire. While waiting looking threw the waiting room window at 7am two customer service workers Tim and Michael were VERY helpful in updating me and answering questions of mines. I sincerely appreciate BIG O TIRES for all you did for me early in the morning. The whole team jumped right into work mode as I know can be difficult on cold, garage door opening breezy Monument Colorado January Monday mornings. I am VERY GREATFUL for James that you helped my tire out by far the most with I'm sorry "fix a flat". You gentleman made my morning rough start get right back into the vision of reminder "Its not that bad > could be worst".. Thank you! I felt blessed the morning you all pulled together and gave me the BEST SERVICE I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED AT 7AM.

Mark was the highlight of my day!! Started on Friday night when we were driving home from Denver when we suddenly hit two lovely POT HOLES leaving us with a flat tire and a messed up alignment. We stood the night in monument gave the store a call when Mark assisted us over the phone once we arrived he was very helpful with finances and got us going!! If you ever need help with four tires come here and ask for Mark !!

Michael and Andrew gave me a phenomenal customer service experience today! They spent 40 mins with me, were courteous, patient, and helpful as they helped me with getting new windshield wipers installed. If you're debating where to get some work done on your car, this is THE place to go. Thank you guys!

I started to write this review and clicked a button and it went away! I'll try again! Everyone there was fantastic to work with, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful and honest when evaluating what needed to be done on my vehicle. We actually went there for a second opinion as to what needs to be done, they had the same diagnosis and came in at $1000 under their competitor. A great experience....thank you!
