I’ve been staying at Nirvana Pointe for a little over a month and simply love it here. This peaceful, secluded hideaway has been my saving grace. Sophia is a generous hostess. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Recently I had the opportunity to really immerse myself in an intensive program at the Nirvana Pointe retreat and spa. I was able to participate in group sessions as well as one on one sessions with Sophia. The meditation and breath work will continue to be tools that I can use in my everyday life. I am truly grateful for the emotional and spiritual transformation that I have experienced through this program.
