I love Pure Barre! We use small and isometric movements to define each muscle group, and I have never felt stronger or more toned! This is a low impact workout that helps lengthen and strengthen your muscles, which helps people recover faster and avoid injuries if they also participate in high impact workouts. The other members and instructors are amazing and have created and inclusive and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend checking out Pure Barre West Omaha!
I started at this studio 6 months ago, and I’m so excited about my experience here. I have improved in strength, balance and flexibility. The environment is welcoming and encouraging for members at all levels of fitness. Every member can get attention to personal concerns and goals.
Love Pure Barre West Omaha! I’ve been attending for about a year and continue to look forward to every class. Starting a new type of workout with people you don’t know can be intimidating but all the instructors are extremely welcoming and walk you through the class from beginning to end. The instructors push you hard to be YOUR best and are knowledgeable to help all skill levels.
I took the free foundations class today and it was awesome. The instructor Brittany was extremely helpful with explaining things ahead of time and having everyone set their core and correct position and do the right movements. Going back for three different classes next week to try them all 😎
I was looking for a place to tone and strengthen when Pure Barre was recommended to me. I’ve been attending classes for a few months and even though it’s hard work, I love it!! Everyone is friendly and supportive. The instructors help ensure you’re in the right position and show you how to modify an exercise when needed. I’m recommending to all my family and friends.
