A little under a year ago, I contacted PS360 for a quote to rid my 2 acres of moles. I had been plagued with them for many years and have tried, unsuccessfully, to trap them myself. I chose PS 360 because they professed to work to criteria as opposed to a fee for each mole. They sent Patrick to appraise the situation. He gave me an acceptable quote to rid my lot of all of the moles. So I engaged their services. When I mowed each week, I watched for tracks and planted a flag. Each week, Patrick baited each location with a worm. There would be 20 or more new flags each week. He worked at the job all summer and into the fall. The infestation was so bad, that to successfully get rid of all of them, was not a realistic expectation. While I still have a few left, I’m extremely satisfied and intend to use their services this next year.

I called PS365 because I was hearing scratching noises from an unknown pest in our ceiling/exterior wall. Other companies were going to charge over $190 just for an inspection with a four-day wait; PS365 quoted a $25 appraisal fee and sent someone out the next afternoon. When Bob arrived, he was very thorough. He went into the attic to try to locate the source of the pest, and even went so far as to inspect the roof, during which he found a raccoon's entry hole in our chimney and gave me some great advice on what to do next. He didn't try to up-sell me on any traps or push any extra services. Long story short I was able to patch everything up and prevent the raccoons from returning, and our problem is fixed for less than $30. My only complaint is that I asked to receive a phone call before the technician arrived but didn't get one... but otherwise very impressed, and I'd use them again.
Every person that I have came into contact with from this company has been very nice and helpful. With that being said, if people being on time is important to you, they have been late 4 out of the 5 times they have come in. Sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes hours. I also had a day where they didn’t show up at all without a call. I understand being busy but communication should definitely be worked on. Other than the time issue they are very nice and get the job done well.
