  Had a lot of gym memberships over the years , chose to stay loyal to this gym. Very clean, great working equipment, and the owner (Loren) is a great guy. I would highly reccomend

  Awesome coaches that will give you the tools you need to lose your weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. They are knowledgeable, supportive and care about each and every client. I also love the red light therapy as my skin is smoother and more vibrant!

  Losing weight is never fun or easy, but the girls here at Losing It are fabulous! Great for encouragement, fun to play with and really care about how you do! It's been a long and sometimes not so fun adventure, but the results both my husband and I have achieved are so amazing! Not only do we look better, but we feel better and our over all health has improved tremendously! Our next challenge is to keep it off and so far - we are doing well! We always feel welcome and continue to go back for accountability and continued encouragement in the new lifestyle change we have adopted. Many thanks to them and I encourage anyone curious to go and talk with them - you won't be disappointed!

  This is a fantastic program! I've lost 63 pounds so far and my doctor has taken me off my diabetes medication.
  
  Carla is and awesome coach, very caring and knowledgeable. The program is easy to follow.
  
  I feel and look so much better. I have more weight to lose, but I know this program is helping me to be my healthiest self.

  I love the Losing It office and the Ideal Protein plan! My coach Marcia is awesome! I feel amazing and never hungry. The inches and weight are melting away every week all by just following the plan! It is very easy to follow and stay on track with!

  My husband and I are so grateful for finding this clinic and that Carla has been there along the way to support me in my journey to better health. We cannot recommend this place highly enough if you are looking to lose weight, have a medical issue that requires special weight management, or simply desire better health. The amount of relief I have experienced from my lupus symptoms 3 weeks into this program is astounding. My husband came on with me to be supportive and feels amazing as well. We both have found a lifestyle we can manage so that we will live well in our old age thanks to what Ideal protein and Carla are teaching us. Thank you!!
