I would like to thank Maria for providing me with a vegan menu. I do feel like the kitchen should be updated and provide a ice machine instead of 4 ice trays for 20 patients. The other thing that bothered me was a lot of the furniture is falling apart or missing drawers for clothes. I do feel that there should be more nurse staff on duty. Especially at night when the nurse has to leave her station to clean the building. What were we supposed to do if there was an emergency. I appreciate the staff as they work really hard and are dedicated to their job. Also I think meditation practice should be offered more often along with daily exercise. I did have a good experience at In Roads and hope to see some changes. Also I attend IOP there and it is very helpful and I look forward to attending every week.
Maria was extremely helpful and instrumental in clearing up my pharmacy mix-up. She is always professional and kind. I appreciate her.

This been the first class I actually enjoy and been informative enough to keep me sober. Im beyond happy with my instructor grace on all the insight and help to stay sober. I owe a huge Thank You to Inroads for helping me get my life back on track. You can tell the staff truly cares about each person that comes through the doors. They helped me see that I am worthy of a good life and to believe in myself. I would definitely recommend the programs and providers to anyone that struggles with mental health and substance abuse. I went to inpatient for 30 days and have transitioned into their IOP program. I really am blessed to have the opportunity to be part of an organization that goes above and beyond to help people that want a better life for themselves. Thank you!
Dr. Sattar has been my psychiatrist for over 10 years and I am living proof that he is an excellent and very devoted physician who really does care about his patients and their mental well-being and I will gladly recommend his practice to anyone.
