(February 24, 2021, 9:53 am)Excellent service from the agent at the Payless/Avis booth in Omaha. I don't remember his name but he mentioned having worked there for 22 years! He even recommended an upgrade to our reservation for $29 which was a way better vehicle to be driving in the snow. He provided superior service and made it a seamless transaction.
