(July 22, 2019, 11:04 am)This has been my first time living in Omaha and overall I am very pleased with my stay. There are some pros and cons which I will discuss.
Pros: The first thing that caught my eye was the beautiful landscaping, any company that cares about the appearance of the grounds at an apartment complex most likely will care about maintenance and their tenants as well. The apartments are spacious, decently taken care of. I feel like for the cost of rent you get a TON of space. Wifi is relatively cheap, $25/month. Fairly quiet, I can hear people in the hallway if I'm in my living room, but nothing out of the ordinary. The pool is well maintained for being an outside pool, regularly cleaned. Maintenance has already changed air filters twice this year, sprayed for bugs once, and they're currently giving the outside of all the buildings a fresh coat of paint. In addition, maintenance has responded to my call the very same or next day every time I've called. I've never been charged any fees, but I always make sure to pay my rent on time ;)
Cons: Parking. If you live on either of the buildings on the ends, parking will be an issue as there are not enough spaces for all the tenants and noone has reserved spaces. Maintenance may not be able to fix the issue right away. I have had a water heater issue for about two months and maintenance has not been able to figure out the cause. However, I don't believe it's from lack of trying - they have responded to my call within 24 hours every time, replaced the appliance multiple times, and are now contacting a professional service. This is a mixture of a pro/con that I think is very typical for all apartment buildings, not just the Falgrove. To their credit, they have given me a key to another unit to shower in when I haven't had hot water. Lastly, I have had two packages go missing in 6 months. Again, I do not blame the Falgrove for this as I'm sure this is fairly common at most apartment buildings if you receive packages when you are not home. Just as a heads up though, you may want to install a ring doorbell or something similar, or have your packages shipped elsewhere like I do now. -

(February 19, 2019, 2:35 pm)These apartments are really nice. Spacious apartments, good grounds. The pool and clubhouse are going to be remodeled soon. Also the maintenance supervisor just added on is an AMAZING maintenance person. He loves his residents and his job! Hes really good at his job!. If you have a problem it will get addressed!?
