(November 3, 2021, 4:17 am)Dropped my vacuum off, and didn't hear anything for a while. When I finally did it turned out the owner is/was in the hospital for covid and someone was working in the evenings trying to catch everything up. Got my Dyson back today and it's like a brand new one. It's wonderful. The price was even far less than they thought it would be! Well worth the wait. Very happy with it
