(May 6, 2020, 9:25 am)Without going into the loooong story, I had quite an experience yesterday. I ordered from the postmates app and turns out they aren't partnered with the app so it caused a lot of confusion with everything that happened. I went back and forth with postmates, then messaged Abelardos to try and figure out what was going on, and finally it was the person I was chatting with that figured it out. The whole exchange was so pleasant, even though it began with my frustration. But they turned out to not be at fault at all. Even though they weren't the person I was speaking with offered to go pick up whatever meal and drink I wanted and they'd personally deliver it to me. AGAIN, they were NOT the ones at fault and THEY STILL OFFERED A FREE MEAL AND DELIVERY. ????
Turns out I was speaking directly to the owner. I was beside myself with how nice they were. I politely declined, but they insisted to let them know what I want next time and it'll be on them ???? I always loved this restaurant before, the food is always phenomenal! But this is a new level of love I have for them now! I highly recommend this restaurant and if you run into one of the owners, give them a high five (from across the room..because..6ft rule ;) ) for being so awesome and running such a great restaurant!!! -
