when I got a unit here, there was a different manager and I was told very complete opposites of what rules were. this facility has many units, and the location is great! communication with staff is good. only down side was a few weeks ago our home caught fire and I went to unit to place items away and when I got there I ended up calling after hours 4 different times because the gates was broken and not secured closed, even though I called, I have a lock ony unit, plus insurance on my unit, the gates were not fixed for over a week and that honestly scared me because of sentimental items I have stored away. They now have gates fixed,
