I am so grateful for the T. C. Johnson Agency of American Family Insurance. Firstly, I am thankful for its location here in historic Florence - it's just a couple of blocks from me. Secondly, the agent there, Suzanne Schonberner, has not only helped me in various automobile claims and situations, but she offers free notary service. I have used that service multiple times a year. I also appreciate the business' support for local events in North Omaha, like providing Christmas lights in our nearby park and having a presence for the Florence Days Parade. All in all, they are a welcome business in our area.

Most notably my truck was hit while I was parked out in front of my house, he gave me his insurance and I gave it to Suzanne. She set up a place for me to get it fixed with a loaner vehicle.
