If you are looking for a luxury apartment, at a great price, in Fort Worth, TX, look no further than the Shelby at Northside! I have lived at the Shelby for over a year now and still love my apartment. My studio is spacious and comfortable, with great appliances and features. The grounds of the complex are well-kept and clean at all times; including the pool, fitness center, and even the parking lots.

The best part about the Shelby is the staff. You are not going to find staff like this at any other apartment complex. From day one they have always been friendly and accommodating to me. It is very clear that they all take a lot of pride in where they work and do their best to make sure that every resident is taken care of. I would recommend the Shelby at Northside to all of my friends!

Definitely a beautiful place to live. Some minor inconveniences in regard to some communications with management but Eddie and Eric are amazing and hopefully they manage properties soon 1 day. They are personable and transparent. Neighbors are pretty cool and most importantly, apartments are beautiful.

This property is top notch. Beautiful views, Management team is great. You will not be disappointed. Just minutes from down town. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Loved the facility, it’s so nice there, and the people are really professional! Eddie, our leasing agent showed us around the facility and put him self out there as a person, to show how good and caring the company is. One of the nicest, and cleanest apartment building I’ve ever been in! Good people, and good homes!

I have the B2 floor plan and this is an amazing apartment with beautiful view of the trinity river and downtown. It is worth every penny. My neighbors are nice. The only complaint I have is the amount of poop throughout the property. Not much property manager can do about residents not cleaning up after their pups. Eric and Allison in the leasing office are amazing!
