  Well this was my first visit to a neighborhood Walmart grocery store. It was rather pleasant. The store was clean and the staff was nice. Like it should be. I enjoyed it as much as one can enjoy Walmart.

  It was packed and they were trying their best to accommodate everyone. Overall it's a good place to buy your groceries

  I'm giving reviews every week these days. I'm a frequent shopper at Walmart on 50th and L Street, in Omaha. Thanks to Toya and Ana for the AMAZING customer service!!! Walmart is lucky to have you both!!!
  
  Nobusiness can afford to underestimate the importance of a positive customer experience. Poor service can make a significant impact on a brand’s retention rates, causing would-be buyers to look elsewhere. In fact, bad customer service costs businesses a combined $62 billion each year.
  
  Simply delivering a basic training session at the start of their employment and expecting them to give outstanding service over subsequent months and years could end up costing you.
  
  Instead, you have to stay on top of your game, identify potential issues and help them find a solution.
  
  I'm very disappointed with this location today. I have been shopping for my elderly parents since the Corona
  Virus. I was confronted by store mgmt that the store was closed at 5:00, (I was there at 4:45) website said it closed at 8:30. There were several people besides myself that were wanting to shop and were denied access. Perhaps Walmart needs to hire someone to man their website daily. It definitely would be beneficial for future business. I will spend my money elsewhere.

  Very popular store certain departments look as though they've been looted. I shop here three times per month and can't figure out what time the store has maximum stock. The people are very helpful and friendly.
