  I had to call a plumber late on Friday due to a main line leak and they were able to schedule someone for Saturday morning. The plumber arrived when scheduled, took a look, grabbed some tools and had the leak fixed in lease than an hour. A month later, it is still dry and leak free.

  We discovered water damage in our basement on Saturday afternoon and called Backlund Plumbing for help. They sent Alex within an hour and by the time he arrived we had found the source of the leak from our refrigerator. We suspected we needed an appliance repair rather than plumbing by that point. He agreed and after a call to his manager didn’t charge us because we’ve been customers in the past! I would definitely recommend Backlund Plumbing for 24 hour service and polite professionals.
